Why am I perma banned?

I joined today and got the message "Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'SPECTRE-Mk7' ... Prior Kick/Ban"

Not all rooms use PB bans, but I'm not sure how these things work. I recommend doing what Red tells you.

No, im not running anything. Its clear that I am not if you watch any of my gameplay videos on youtube whiuch you can find by typing my name in the search bar or simply spectate / gun for me when im in the tank.

I was banned on the other server for reporting a mod for admin abuse with video proof. They slapped me with a bogus "bypassing the racial slur" rule in response which is grounds for a perma ban with them. I appealed it with my chat history linked to it, as it had zero signs of racism anywhere as expected because I dont troll, act rude, or test slur filters. They denied the appeal despite the very clear footage of the mood abusing his powers and banned my profile off their website so I couldn't continue my appeal. I never cause any trouble on any server. I just want to play the game without incident.
