Yes, was the hardcore server and I will record next time im on. I wasnt recording, but this is the 3rd time I have played this map with him and he always does the same thing.

Firing into or out of the uncap is not allowed sir. Having said that, if you are fired at while you in uncap without provocation, shoot the fuckstick. But as others have advised, video proof is necessary for a ban. If there are admins playing, ask them to watch the suspected player. This only helps our great server to stay the best place for your entertainment.
