What music do yall listen to while playing

Depends upon which part of the day. Currently, switching between punk, techno bunker/dark electronic, 90s east coast rap, americana, ethio-jazz, down tempo house, and some chill lo-fi.

1. Turnstile "Glow On"
2. Owl Vision "Pain.exe"
3. Jay-Z "The Black Album"
4. Tyler Childers "Bottles and Bibles"
5. Mulatu Astatke "Mulatu of Ethiopia"
6. Chris Luno

Also suggest heading over to the "gems-dumb-music" chat on the AARP discord. Members post there regularly.

Currently have Father John Misty "Nancy From Now On" and The Eagles "One of These Nights" playing on a constant loop inside my head. Any attempt to dislodge them finds them more firmly embedded. In the words of The Dude "Come on, man. I had a rough night and I hate the fuckin' Eagles, man!"

I truly enjoy a mix of music from every genre. That Mexican OT is filling my rap slot at the moment. I'm stuck in an alternative loop. Somewhere between now and the 90s.
This week's Top TEN
1. Yebba "Louie Bag-Live at Electric Lady"
2. AJR "World's Smallest Violin"
3. K.Flay "Black Wave"
4. Willow "Wait a Minute!"
5. Violents & Monica Martin "Awake and Pretty Much Sober"
6. Foo Fighters "Everlong"
7. Modest Mouse "Float on"
8.Gorillaz "Feel Good Inc"
9. Tame Impala "The Less I Know the Better"
10. Slightly Stoopid "This Joint"
*bonus
Blonde Redhead "For the Damaged Coda (Evil Morty theme song)"
Kasabian "Underdog"

Of course, looking at the list, some "alternative" kind of means independent.
