The people that play and post here have one thing in common. We all play Battlefield 4.
What I have found after celebrating my one year anniversary is that playing the game is incidental. The reason I keep coming back are the relationships that I have been fortunate to develop. Being a member here is a home away from home. It takes dedication and patience to become a member. It isn't easy. If it were, we would not have the core membership that we have. There is no brick and mortar threshold that we can cross. No parking places. What there is though is a place where no on judges you. A place where you are welcome. A place you can depend on. A place where people genuinely care about each other.
AARP is so much more than a place to play Battlefield 4.
If your looking just to play the game then in my humble opinion this is not the place for you.
If your looking to contribute to a community that enjoys the game as well as being there for you when you need it. A place you can count on. Then you have found the right place.
Long Live AARP!
