What is the hack that doesnt allow 1st person viewing of play?

Is this the use of an aimbot or something when you spectate thru them, but it doesnt allow you to actually see them aiming? You just get a locked view of a fixed point on a map. And NO, its not a "glitch", he is the ONLY only one its happening to on the map, and it ALWAYS is like this. Every server, every game.

So it just so happens that this “glitch” only affects this ONE GUY , every time he plays, every server he play on, and no one else on the server. Now that makes perfect sense........
 
I thought it was a cheat of some sort... And the answer is a glitch normal... Move along nothing to see :) Keep them coming we will all learn when we post picture, movie, porn, etc.
