I have been off BF4 for a few weeks after playing literally thousands of hours.

I tried to log on numerous times on the few remaining servers only to kicked and told "kicked by punkbuster" for an unspecified reason.

So I went to work and googled how why when etc.

After many reloads of Punkbuster and its updates etc, and after delving deep into the threads, I discovered my GUID has a GLOBAL Ban with no link to why.

I received an email from your clan to the effect of why haven't we seen you on our server?

Are you able to look up my GUID and see who and why I was banned?

I remember another player spamming that I was hacking on Lancang Dam. At that time I laughed because the dumb fuck didn't realize I was Floating down on C Island with a Flir Shotgun and whacking his ass repetitively... (FLIR, FLOAT, FRAG = SKILL?)

Could he have sent a Hack request to Punkbuster?

Any insight you can send my way will be appreciated.

The email you received was just a reminder you haven't been on our website in a while, not the server, I checked PBBANS and your guid is clean. I don't see your guid on our ban list either. Unless its an adkats ban, I have no idea. I don't know what your EA guid is
