Stugna-P is a Ukrainian made anti-tank missile system I had never heard of, but it's apparently quite capable of destroying armored targets as long as you can maintain line of sight and keep it in the crosshairs while the missile flies. Here's a post with videos showing how the system works and first person perspective while destroying actual Russian armored targets. The second video is very real, with shit going wrong. They miss the first shot but reload and successfully take out a moving APC on the second shot.

How do they aim that at 5500m range? The monitor and shit looks really wonky

I'm not sure how powerful the optics are, but they look similar to a 40x scope and zoom in close enough that a skilled gunner can ID targets. It's a similar problem to firing a tank's main cannon at distant targets, except that's all decided the second you pull the trigger and the round fires. This weapon system is similar to the first generation TOW launchers, which required the gunner to keep the target in the crosshairs during the entire flight of the missile. Except in this case, it's keeping a laser on the target for the missile to follow and with the TOW the missile was connected back to the launcher by wire and the operator was actually steering it in directly.

well that baby is stationary, that has to count for stability when well-mounted lol

Yeah there is another video of the same weapon being fired in a different location where they set it up on the tripod but then the wind was blowing so hard it was bouncing the camera around and they couldn't keep the shot lined up. The guys were swearing up a storm in Ukrainian.
