Tx-Ranger0003 requesting to join AARP.

I have played in AARP servers for a long time (Golumud mainly).

I usually play ARMA so I use the equipment as it was meant to be and help the team capture objectives.
When you want a quick game ARMA just isn't it(some matches 2-3 hours long), so I switch to BF4.

Normally always in AARP TeamSpeak server.

Hey welcome to the forums! You already got a good reputation (with me at least) and I'd think you'd make a great addition. To become a member, you do need to be active on the forums. It takes a while so if you can stick with us you'll make it in I'm sure.

Thank you guys, I have been around here for a long time but was in ARMA 7th Cav which turned into wayyyy to much work. Required weekly one hour meetings and required weekly training with your squad. It just got to be too much.

A little about me. I have played video games since the early 80s, wrote a few games in the late 80s as college projects.

I used to play all games, now it is just mainly BF4 and ARMA sometimes(those games are just too long).

I was in IT for 26 years, retired at 44 when I discovered "The Goose that lays the golden egg daily"= Day Trading!! Using The Elliott Wave Theory with Fibonacci, not sure why we are not taught this in school!! SAD!!!
Moved to Costa Rica to trade, surf and live a simple life.

Basically just here to be a good member and support the server and clan. I had a BF4 server 4 years ago, man what an ass whooping to manage!!!

Thank you guys above for the kind words! Everyone I have met in the group are very cool and TS sounds like a bunch of buddies giving each other crap, which I love!!

It's fun if you have a good team, I played mainly with all soldiers that were in Afg.
It does have a pretty steep learning curve. But still probably the best MIL game.

I have buddies that take regular surf trips to Costa Rica, or at least they used to. I guess its been getting crowded the last 5 years or so.

Hey Ranger! Good to see you in the forums.
That's really cool, you're living the life!!!! I've looked into different types of trading and investments a few times, but ultimately decides my nerves couldn't handle it lol. I have a university buddy that used to tell me you have to remove your emotions from the equation if you want to succeed in trading.
That's insane, I've never heard of a game that has 2-3 hour matches. Ill have to at least look into it because my curiosity is piqued.
It's always nice to have you in the squad, you should come into TS more often.

Thanks gemcandy98, yes you have to remove emotions. Elliott Wave is more tracking psychological mentallity of the herd over financials which is nice!
ARMA has Air Traffic controllers, no way to be on foot, you have to request a pickup for your squad. Checkout videos of Shinooks picking up tanks. Some missions Objective A and B may be 200 miles apart.
Attention to detail is amazing.
