He's been warned plenty by shrimpy over the last week - can someone deal with this one please?

It's common with him so an admin will catch him again at some point.

Yup 3 days ago I had to tell him to many times to please leave the uncap. Wait a minute did he listen heck NO! I even told him in Spanish did he move heck no. Trouble maker and yes Shrimpy was on it like rat does cheese, like the Sheriff in town all the way bravo!!

I got me a boot for TK (heli crash) so I can't see anything anymore.
