Third Party moderation

Hey, I no longer play on this server but hope to one day. My suggestion is not to rid the server of any third party moderation, But to definitely have an admin/moderator be the last call. The third party system currently in effect has been riddled with errors and to have a computer be the final say is a little absurd. This thread isn't to start any issues or to appeal anything, it's simply here to start a discussion. Simple by googling DPS automatic ban you can see lists and lists of people saying that they were flagged for no reason, and the issue is with an automatic flag saying too much damage was done per bullet. The server has a rule to definitely not appeal any automatic bans, this can be understanding if you have a trustworthy system in effect, not one that seems to have endless complaints. Going through someone's logs and checking their stats, it's pretty simple to see who is a hacker and who isn't. I believe that with a server of this capacity with an abundance of active players, it wouldn't be too difficult to assemble a trustworthy staff to at least scan over past games and logs. With <10 appeals weekly, this could even be a one person job. Going through all of the past appeals it seems like every admin is already capable of doing this, seeing as admins call out who they see probably got flagged for nothing and who they think is an obvious cheater.

I already found a new server so this isn't a rant to appeal, just a good server I hate to see losing players because of a rule which is either in place because it's outdated, because the admins don't want to check logs, or there is another factor I just don't know about. Again, I would definitely love a good discussion about this as I find this issue littered all around online.

Most likely you did some shot trading or something highly irregular in the past.
That’s why you are banned. The system protect us...

You can always buy a new account if you miss us that bad.

Oh definitely, no doubt it protects, but it is also definitely prone to these "misfires" In your opinion do you think a secondary human check would even be a possible method of screening or do you think that hacks have become too discreet to even tell by looking at someones stats? I have another PC with BF4 already but seeing as these misfires are so common, it wouldn't even be ideal to play on a server that has this system implemented as you have to play in a constant state of "am I killing too many people too quickly". Don't get me wrong I completely understand where you are coming from, server security first, but I do think there should at least be some sort of component that doesn't leave the fate of players up to a outdated autobanner.
