Was spectating this dude today and I need some input from some more experienced cheater sleuths. I suppose it could be a lag error..or idk. But to me it seems like maybe way more shots than he fired actually hit the target than normal....

This dude is also really good in a jet, like deadly good.
 
Not sure you linked the right video. The subject of the video you linked is iTzBrothers, which is an account out of Costa Rica. THCigarette is a Brazilian.
 
anyway, to me, when i looked closely it seemed like pretty much all his shots should miss...but a few of them do damage as you can see

You can edit your original post to include the right video.

I looked at it and it could just be that when your spectating it doesn't show it right, but that video definitely looks odd. Also this guy has really suspicious in the stealth jet before. I personally think he cheats.
 
What Spectator appears to do is run a 'game capture' stream of their game, send it to the server, then send it to you. So you don't see any extra overlays they may have (like ESP), you get double the latency, and they can tell when they're being watched.
