Teamspeak BAN

To whom is concerned,

Optic banned me from TS, like within 2 minutes of me talking.. I came to apologise to Moose about trolling him, and optic out of nowhere banned me. Dick move! For real, I haven't done any shit to them.

Nope. I tried rejoining, heard the dude before he banned me. "Welp, I'll take care of it......" 2 minutes connected.. then a ban!
 
OK. So let's set the record straight. This is how it all started..
Approximately 2 weeks ago I was playing on Big City Battles, I mentioned in chat to EVERYONE - DO NOT FIRE INTO ENEMY BASE. My team had all objectives capped and I asked that NO ONE FIRE INTO ENEMY BASE. UCAVGod and his friend A-Gun-For-Hire immediately started spamming chat with remarks that I was pretending to be an Admin. I even stated in chat that I never claimed to be an Admin. And at No point did I ever say anything directly to ANYONE. It was a message to EVERYONE. DO NOT FIRE INTO UNCAP/Base. It was at this time A-Gun-For-Hire started making threats to me that he was going to contact Lybra and Bullet and the server Owner and have me banned from ALL AARP servers. I even spoke to Bullett once about the incident. I believe one of them sent Bullett a PM concerning the attempt to have me banned.
Since this time UCAVGod has come into the TS and started shooting his mouth off and then abruptly leaves. The both of them have continued shooting their mouths off towards me every time I've been in the server since to which most times I have ignored.
Last night UCAVGod did come into TS and he made NO ATTEMPT to apologize and I do remember him clearly stating that "Moose" doesnt like him. At this time I spoke up and said it was his constant Trolling that I didnt like and wasnt it about time he grew up. He shot off his mouth again. (IMO) he came into chat EACH time specifically to Troll me cause his and his friends attempt to get me banned didn't work. He's done this on several occasions. Even tried vote banning me for pretending to be an Admin which I have NEVER claimed to be. Optic was in the TS along with several others and Optic simply made the call that he wasnt going to tollerate the Trolling in TS. Between UCAVGod and A-Gun-For-Hire they both Troll quite a bit against all the players.
Now if I see them in when I join I turn the chat off so I don't have to see ANY of it.

Your server, your rules, your decision. I'll respect any decision you make. I only TRY to help remind these guys of rules and behavior sometimes when I'm on.

Hey Moose,

Answer me this. When this troll came into teamspeak did he immediately issue you an apology? Yes or no?
 
I have given several people admin rights to team speak including RedKilla,Optic-Reaper,ADIOS,Dlo,JunglePred,and a player you have never met called ADZEEN for the Russian Republic because he is a great friend and a long standing admin on team speak. Now if some one comes into our TS for the sole purpose of causing trouble any one of the above has full rights to kick them. This is not a place to come if you want to slander any one that uses our team speak. The server is not password protected and we have had trolls for other countries come in and slander Americans in general,they get the boot in short order. So in the future lets try to keep this a place to come in say hi and shoot the shit..............STRYKER.

there was no apology ….optic warned him...when he persisted he got the boot...was deemed a good shooting LoL

You got to remember people we are older,our days are numbered,we don't got time for the bullshit LoL

I'm trying to establish a timeline of events, not trying to attack a friend and fellow legit player. Moose, can you answer my question?
 
I didn't see an appeal just a bunch of bullshit crying. So a lesson here, if you come to team speak to harass other players your invite is revoked................STRYKER.
 
Just to be clear, a TeamSpeak ban is not a server ban right? This will only apply to TeamSpeak, correct?
