Team Speak

I had that happen to me many times. Usually in my computer was an update in my video card that had to be updated or the USB where is connected, unplug and re-plug in another USB that will take care of the only 2 problems that can help.
 
Everyone's audio setup is different.
If you have a USB headset but also have monitor speakers or externals try making the Headset the default communication device.

Close TS.
Right click the taskbar Speaker Icon, choose Sounds.
Under the Playback tab disable all audio except the headset.
Reboot the PC and try TS again.
