Team Speak 3 issue

Good morning folks. When I purchased my new headphones (Razer Kraken Tournament Edition) they came with a game/chat mixer that allows the user to manipulate the sound between the two. I find that the starting sound from TS3 is to low and would like to turn it up. I was told to go to tools, options, and adjust. When I click on tools, then options, I get kicked out of TS completely. Happens every time. Am I missing some permissions or is this a way to protect the program from us children? Just curious. So if I seem to be ignoring you on TS3, I am not, I simply can't hear you over the game noise. Thanks for any advice in advance. Ape

Uninstall whatever garbage dsoftware they gave you - you dont need it if it's giving you this much trouble

Razer's Software (and some of their products) has always been a shitshow, better off not using it when at all possible.

Unfortunately this is true. The new Razer software 3.0 which you cannot use if you're not connected to the internet is a complete shit show.
