Today and yesterday he was pushing the AA around with his tank. When he got the AA he would barely come out of base. When he does it, the game gets turned around and other tanks try to push him off the AA. I will try to get video.

Dude you should set up a retroactive recorder like ReLive or Shadowplay. That way if you see something happen that's worth recording, you hit a button and it'll save it. Makes it really easy to get proof and doesn't require many resources, so long as you set the buffer short.
I installed it this morning. He was on the other side and I wanted to finish the game. Thanks for the recommendation.
No I meant you don't have to stop your game or spectate with it. You can literally save a clip of something after it happened.
