I seen him doing what looked like teleporting hops or something on the turtles server yesterday morning around 11:30 AM utc
His ping was certainly not in the 150s
Did you witness that as well?

Yes, it was I was playing on my secondary account for YouTube when this happenend.
Perhaps he was trying to test out that ping spoofing thing you were speaking about.
