Anyone know the best way to polish a food/surgical grade stainless steel surface which has had the top layer stained by an acid? The wrong cleaner was involved in creating a milky stain across the surface.
I'm reading that I should try a white vinegar treatment first. Just to see how deeply it went and if it magically helps resurface the steel.
I'm thinking there will be some moderate polishing involved process. Just looking for tips, in case anyone is into this sort of thing.
