Shooting spawning vehicles in enemy uncap and jet ramming spawning vehicles in uncap

Hi guys,

FYI the player "[BA]StogieBurner" keeps destroying vehicles in our spawn before they leave or engage. We spawned in attack heli and immediately got shot and after telling him it is against the rules, he is still doing it and now trying to jet ram before take off. Please take care of it when you get a chance, or keep an eye out. Thank you
