Several Players

Noticed several players yesterday on Golmud that were iffy at best. Folks on TS were talking about them as well.

Question is, when you run across players that exhibits extraordinary game play, that are possibly turning something on and off, do you issue a temp ban for 24 to 72hrs for investigation purposes, to keep them off the server and from driving off other players ?

If players submit evidence of cheating we investigate and banned based on findings. Starts with some evidence from the community.

No we investigate while making a decision.

Getting video helps greatly at getting a speedy ban.

We do not ban, even temporarily, based solely on accusations. When an accusation happens we investigate. The more evidence we have the easier and quicker it is to ban.
