Hey I just want to make sure I understand the server rules 100%. I am mostly talking about Golmud, but this could apply to other maps. Two things I have been wondering about:

Ramming. I know ramming isn't against the server rules. I do know that griefing and being toxic is. From this, I deduced that ramming teammates intentionally (in any vehicle) is against the rules, with the exception of people raging against the AA. This includes someone continually ramming their teammate, people blowing up teammates by jet ramming, people in choppers flying into other friendly choppers, etc.
(BTW I personally think any form of intentional ramming should be against the rules, but that's besides the point.)

Camping. I know that camping in the AA, since it arguable has the most impact on the game, is against the rules. What I am not certain about is people camping on their hill with tanks and choppers. I don't think this is against the rules, but I am not sure. I don't like it, because it basically takes a tank out of the game for the entire round. I also think that an AH camping behind the hill the entire round is stupid, but I know that it would be kinda dumb to make a rule against that.
If camping on the hill with a tank isn't against the rules, I would like to put it up for consideration. I'm not adamant about it, but I always hate to see people wasting tanks by jerking off in them on the hill.

Ramming it self is not against the rules. However, it could fall into the category of grieving and then we would take action depending on the type and length of offense. Its based on the situation in totality and not the individual act.

We have discussed, ad nauseam, camping tanks. It is not against the rules and will not be. The AA is critical and usually the center of attention. We are not going to micromanage individual game play. Tanks not engaging are annoying. Choppers not engaging are annoying. Snipers not engaging are annoying. It's part of the game.

That's basically what I figured. Thanks.

Nailed it.

I mean if I notice a player who only does that game after game. Its a hypothetical situation, I'm just curious.

Community feedback - lots of players chiming I’m on same issue. As you see I’m really not going to respond to individuals issues on chat, game play. Takes a lot of time and too rampent. We will take care of worst offenders.

I mean, it's annoying but is not the AA, is outta the equation... Last year's was a big topic bout it, and the answer was let em be
