Just wanted to bring this to your attention. This player is a known hacker and was banned on VI as well as many other servers. VQ37 is another one that comes to mind. He has multiple aliases and as you can see in the screenshot, was running 2 accounts in the same round on the RC Golmud server. I always call him out because his cheats are obvious. He's definitely running a damage modifier as well as aim-bot. Before he was banned on VI he would get called out, strangely leave for a minute or two and return which is indicative of someone running an EXE that injects itself into the BF4 executable and changes the coding to allow the player to cheat using various methods. Leaving the game shuts BF4.exe down so he can shut down the EXE he uses to cheat +*then restarts without using the hacks. Here is an article outlining the cheats in BF3 and you can bet they also exist for BF4.

If you have a look at PBBANS SAMS300FOXES has a long time history of hacking in BF3 and 4 with multiple aliases and accounts. I'll leave it up to you guys as to what type of action you want to take. The R6V guys love the server and we bring a lot of great players into the mix. All we want is to play in a server where the only thing that gives a team an advantage is communication and teamwork vs dealing with players who just troll for the sake of ruining the game for everyone else. Bad people succeed when good people do nothing.

I'm not here to contest your decision, that's yours to make and I don't intend to try anything but to explain my position. Perhaps you'll believe me, perhaps you won't, I don't really care at this point.

A. Banned at vQ37. Semi-perma ban was initiated for "cheating," but sustained because I'm often a bit of a jerk when playing this game, so I was basically banned for trash talk.

B. Aliases: My original name back in BC2 was theRatchetOrange, and I kept that name until early in my BF4 career, at which time I switched to the name SAMS300FOXES, a reference to Judges 15:4 "So Samson went and caught 300 foxes and took torches. And he turned them tail to tail and put a torch between each pair of tails." I haven't changed my name recently that I can remember.

In the screenshot Akula provided, my friend Worldstar_Medic changed his name before those rounds to "SAMS3OOFOXES (the letter O instead of the number 0). I joked "I'm playing on two computers at once," as if I were skilled enough and coordinated enough to do anything like that. Just a little fun on our part.

C. Akula accuses me of using both a damage mod AND an aimbot, without even the simplest spectator video evidence, or even examples of my gameplay provided on my Youtube channel. I can't really respond to an accusation that includes zero evidence or further exposition.

D. Leaving VI suddenly during matches. Vi has a VIP kicker, if I recall correctly, and sometimes I'm the victim of it. I can't explain why a high-score player like me would be kicked so often, but it's pretty rare that I leave a round intentionally unless I'm done for the night. I can't prove this any more than Akula can prove that I "leave for a minute or two and return," but it's not so uncommon to be disconnected from servers at random in BF4, so I don't really know how either of us can prove this either way.

E. Restarting the game in order to disable cheats: there's no proof included with this accusation, just a reddit post that explains how a cheat works. It in no way connects me to the cheat.

F. You allege that looking at "PBBANS SAMS300FOXES" shows a "long history of hacking in BF3 and 4 with multiple aliases and accounts"...and you fail to include any of that evidence? Please include it in your next post.

G. Many IPs. IPs are sometimes generated once and used forever, and sometimes they're generated every time you connect; further, individuals using VPNs would show up as having IPs in completely different regions. The bottom line is many IPs doesn't indicate a cheater. Disclaimer: I'm not a network engineer.

H. Banned at Vi. Talk2dabullet-Vi had "been accusing me for 2 years," so it was only logical that I would get banned eventually. I just don't understand why he didn't do it sooner. This isn't to in any way agree with his decision; I've never cheated on Vi, and all his accusations have been false, and never has he provided evidence to convince me or anyone of his position. He's wrong, and he finally made the decision because a voteban was requested and a dozen or so players said yes. Mob rule isn't justice whether I'm guilty or not, but I'm not going to dwell on that.

I occasionally stream on Twitch, I invite you to come by and accuse me of cheating with a better view. To finish things out, since I'm a bit exhausted, sick, and pretty dang tired of being accused of being a cheater, here's a montage from my channel. Enjoy!

I adminned on BF2 with Sovereign Forces back in the day.... Learned a lot but when I started adminning in BF3 I really learned about stats and how to interpret them. SPM, Total play time on foot and in vehicles vs K/D, combine it all with Aliases and multiple accounts and it's pretty much laid out for you. I just don't get it. I've had the same account for as long as I can remember. I think I've had it since 2005 so for me, the excuse that multiple accounts are the norm among legit players seems like nonsense.. As you can plainly see above lol....

With BF4 I was co founder of the TPC Clan and we ran Shanghai 24/7 until I left. A few months later the server went down due to lack of funds. I was one of the main financial backers. Been a free agent ever since

If EA comes out with BF2018 I *may* get a server going but who knows. EA sucks :highly_amused:

Just to be clear;

1. I don’t hate you, I don’t know you and I really don’t care to waste anymore time with you. What I do care about is playing with and against people who are legitimate players and don’t alter the game to gain an unfair advantage which is why before I call someone out I research them. Sadly you’ve taken up a lot of my time watching your videos and checking your stats and all I’m doing is making the admins aware of my suspicions which by the way, have been echoed by MANY other players on other servers. What the admins do is their business as I have no control over these things.

2. You seem too think you’re entitled to some sort of due process. This is not a court of law. No one here owes you anything. If you don’t like it, you know where the door is just like if I don’t like it *I* know where the doors is. From what I’ve read on this forum, a lot of the members and admins here have been at this for a long long time so although you may feel this is unjust, take comfort in knowing that the decision made wasn’t impulsive or malicious. My suggestion to you is what I’ve suggested to other “gifted” players that I have banned when I used to admin; Kindly take your *skills* elsewhere

What "cheater" records and/or streams hundreds of hours of gameplay, has been active on the BF4 subreddit, featured on Gamesprout's BF4 series, AKAART's, Stonemountain64's, and Bigmooney06's top plays, has been in the franchise since BF2, and has logged over six thousand hours between BC2, BF3, and BF4?

What other "cheater" almost exclusively plays Ranked servers where bans are easily affected by admins such as yourselves, and almost completely avoids Official servers, which are havens for cheaters due to EA's inadequate anti-cheat efforts?

What other "cheater" records and uploads some of his best moments (and full games!) to Youtube such that anyone could accuse him of cheating and report him with first hand proof?

Akula, you say that this isn't a court of law, and I know that. What I'm saying is that the implicit proposition is that legitimate players (which, I repeat, I AM) are able to come here to appeal their bans is false; if the process inevitably denies an unban request regardless of all evidence defending the player's character and denying all use of cheats, then the process is a fraud from implication to final decision, a mere smokescreen for your ignorance and basis for a false moral high ground.

Your claims you have NEVER proven, your accusations are vapid, ignorant, and devoid of facts, and only by an astounding lack of understanding of the game can a decision like this be made given the evidence provided.

Like I originally said, I know I can't contest this decision (despite being innocent) because I know the admins have the power to ban whoever they like, for whatever reason they like, whenever they like, without providing proof, an appeals process, or even the pretense of recourse. This is the way almost all servers are run.

However, if there IS a way for me to prove my innocence and revert my ban, let me know. I want to prove the truth as much as Akula wants to prove his lie.

Akula's mind is obviously made up, and wouldn't change even if he were to see me play in person, verifying the absence of cheats on my computer himself.

Perhaps you (AARP/Redkilla) are more reasonable.

My naivete is showing, though, so I'll stop myself now.
