Describe the incident I actually never read the rules until today, i stole the apache then Tweek was complaining about another player. I apologize and won't steal from uncap again. I've been playing on the server along time, never realized that was a problem. Do apologize to all involved. I have read the rules and will comply to what they say.

Seems like its a new thing. Even in the VA claims community (been a trend lately). Self reported issues are accepted upon C&P approval...lol. Props to UAVKILL for manning up to the rules violations.
