Looks like you got the evidence. As long as you were on your way out of the uncap and hadn't started shooting at aircraft yet, he was definitely in violation. The shots you fired in the video were clearly in self defense.

he sits in his spawn for like 30 seconds every time he dies. he spawns he sits there for 30 seconds to type in team chat " ABC GUYS AND WE WIN:" and then goes on with his day thats asking to get killed

He did it in 2 games the last one i had time to load the cam when i seen him parked on the hill by the big rock after i spawned in to the aa he started moving when i did.

I think some people just don't like that I am good at jihadding. If there is a no jihad policy that is fine. But there does not seem to be one.

Clearly shows spawning out of base. People don’t like you because you don’t care about objectives and spend most of your games trolling.
