Just in case you were unaware, you posted a picture of a video and not a video. But from that angle it looks pretty obvious he was shooting into spawn. Pretty sure I've seen him camp the AA under the tracks multiple times too.

Good thinking on the fly to grab a screen shot. That plus attestation from an established member seems like solid evidence.

Hes been in the several times since this happened and I haven't caught him doing it yet. He gets mad a rage quits when he eats to many ucavs.
