Describe the incident This guy spawned on me while I ws placing AT mines in gully and he went down further into the uncap to place mines. Kings reported him in chat to leave area. He stuck around.

You can open it in paint and resize it to make it smaller or use an online image compressor. I do think the image size limit is too small.

So I don't know if this is actually Fettii or not, but it sure seems like it is. He is very quick to try to !assist when things aren't going in his team's favor, and he will do it persistently. I have openly accused him of being Fettii in-game when I have seen him do this, but he has not responded to me. I know that Fettii disappeared for a couple of months at one point and then returned with another name (can't remember it now), so I wouldn't be at all surprised if this is actually him.
