Have seen that before, if a mine was placed outside and a rpg blew it up and he was driving LAV away possible.
Had some weird things like this happen, but from experienced players, he's a noob, account created 2 years ago? You might be right.

I wasn't clear in the post but he had got MO and Ephraim on separate occasions.
