RC3 - Big City Battles Map Rotation Request

I would like to see Caspian Border 2014 and Propaganda removed from the rotation. They seem to be the maps which most frequently depress the population, especially in the evenings.

I have no specific replacement requests, just removal.

Yeah, I'm not entirely sure what they did to Caspian between BF3 and BF4. BF3 Caspian was amazing, BF4 is mediocre at best.
