Rc1 squad shuffling?

Have only played a few rounds with it, curious to see if people think this makes a more balanced server.

I like playing with some people and would prefer squadding with them - I can't stand others and would rip my eyeballs out rather than squad up.

I thought it was just me seeing this crazy mixup on round change. One moment I have my good buddy AGOWI in my squad playing medic picking me up and dusting me off when I accidently get shot and next round that bastard is on other side making my life miserable!

I tend to squad up based on what I’m doing, if I’m tanking I’ll find the other tankers if I’m ground pounding I’m looking for a full infantry squad because momentum and everyone staying in sync is just more enjoyable play. Little Bird usually pairs with tanks to relay info to the ground.. I have had some random squads that actually sync up quite well but odds are you will get that one guy who stays at F or hill camps.. I if I’m working on assignments I’ll usually stay out of other people’s way / not join their squad since I don’t want to bring them down. Random squads would be a total bummer if it were a mandate

I don`t think it would make a better balance. Most people have their own fav squad mates they play with, and they would probably go back together. I would not switch teams but i would go back with my squad. It started happening lately, but it only separated me from the squad, and we stayed in the seam team, so it was easy to squad back together.

B is a good squad mate. Can operate any vehicle or fill in whatever role, aggressive, and sometimes no voice chat is nice
