Possible Admin Abuse By "NOTHING_IAN"

My friend and I were playing on ! RC2 - 60hz - HARDCORE - HOME OF AARP NIGHT SHIFT and kept getting admin killed for killing "NOTHING_IAN" when neither of us had, I'm making this report assuming hes an admin or mod and has admin kill privileges. I don't have proof because I wasn't recording at the time, but I wanted to document the incident in case things of this nature had happened previously, and in case they happen again.

I'd like to add, that it appears "NOTHING_IAN" waits at main spawn, when the helicopter spawns he jumps on it to try and fly it. If someone is waiting on the deploy screen and spawns to fly the helicopter, he stays on the helicopter allowing the teamkill. Then he punishes for the teamkill so he can be guaranteed the pilot seat of the helicopter. He did this to both Stalfo and myself tonight/this morning. At the end I just shot him in the face for his douche activities.

He's not admin or even in the clan for that matter. It might be the script that manages team tills. It's being tweaked to try and avoid forced teamkilling trolls.

It's script from the server.
Mine looked about the same last night on #2, when i ejected myself from BH on steepdive. Blades ate me up, as pilot made steep dive to counter incoming fire..
Tk me, neither of our faults, but it said something about auto-kick or something with that script... I forgave, this time, Gadget, thissss timmmeee....

Someone complain in the weee hours of the morning, about being kicked earlier for force tks or something... was to early and I was into a few to many shots of Capt Mo's Private Stock..

This player has been banned for malicious trolling, NOTHING_IAN.
It’s really a team attack hence against the rules.
