Ok guys, as some of you know, I play from Japan, in the past, when I used to live in Tokyo (pre-covid) I used to have 194 ping to RC1 server, so no issue playing back then, I got forced to move from Tokyo to Shizuoka to a very VERY countryside area, and although I do have optic fiber 1gb, the ping is slightly higher than before, now sitting at between 199 - 201 (yep, am getting kicked for 201 T_T)
So I wanted to ask, if its feasible for the top brass to raise the ping limit to 205 or 210 ms, just to be able to play properly, on the only server Ive played for years.

Hope this can be possible, returning for battle with all the attitude and bam, I get slapped by the server haha

thanks in advance !

ughhhh that will put a bullet on my head T_T, right now just a knife is being used haha

0.05ms.. just 0.05 would do the job T_T

The other thing you might be able to do is talk to your ISP and see if there is a routing issue. There might be a more direct route you could take advantage of that would lower your ping.

actually it is now sitting at 169ms, looks like I got jumpy and what happened yesterday was a spike because its rainy season plus countryside, all good it seems lol

Thats great to hear. Looking forward to seeing you in game when its not raining in Shizuoka

You could try a DMZ connection through you're router???

80s connect four GIF

indeed its DMZ set, it is just the ISP infraestructure, being sensitive to weather lol, now its a steady 164, and its all the way across the world, optic fiber sure is something lol

That's great, hope it stays that way. I work with fiber optics, and it isn't affected by the weather, maybe some part of your infrastructure is still Copper.
