Also one of those IPs is from Rio and the other is from Sao Paulo

Wow. I know a player who is also from Brazil like me and he uses VPN to have good ping.
He told me to test but I refused. I don't want any kind of problem. Neither SweetFX I tried to install. haha

A VPN in most cases will not get you a better ping, unless your ISP sucks and pushes the data through a lot of nodes and the VPN you select is more direct.
