Resolved NuclearElement camping enemy spawn

NuclearElement flew into enemy spawn and was shooting RPG's at enemy helicopters. He killed me and my pilot as soon as we spawned. Then steals tank on his way out. Only caught the last part on video.

Edited to add: I was playing on the same team as nuclear. I saw him leaving enemy spawn in a tank.

So, he was in the transport in your uncap. You would think if he was spotted the air defense would have shot him down.
