It's a Hong Kong-based IP. Flagged as a "US" IP, but it's tied to China Telecom.

I was riding shotgun in his chopper and only got 2 kills he was getting all the rest. Seemed to know where the infantry was. Would not take on any enemy choppers. Always retreating a ways off after a kill. Suspect Aimbot and ESP. I have two videos if you want I could post them.
