No ping?

Hi all,
I encountered a player with no ping today on the server, other than that he was unremarkable. No suspected hacks. Is this something we should report? I know some servers auto kick for players with no ping.

I get that all the time. Sometimes the server kicks other times it takes a few minutes for the ping to show up. Ive noticed I have to restart origin (rare occasions PC) and it starts to show up.

The server never kicked him and he played at least one full round. the ping was just a dash symbol "-"

Yeah it seems to be a common problem. It also seems to happen to random players. If anyone knows anything about it, please share. Otherwise I just think it's a harmless bug. We have plugins in place to kick VPN users and players with a high average ping.
