NIcotine keeps tking with jet in RC2

this dude is toxic and was ramming us with jet, tked Serlose and myself.. and being toxic in chat.. I attached screenshot

I was on the opposing team during that match and he kept attacking vehicles in our uncap with the jet as well.

Well thanks Red, clearly reporting is useless and I will never report again.. I'll let some other person do it. I don't stream or capture video. So I showed pic of the dude being toxic and admitting to tking.. Thought that would be enough, and with another person mentioning it as well. and checking logs to confirm, and the user reports I sent in and whoever else.

But clearly none of that matters.. So will never report again. Laters
