Picked up a new pew pew. Been looking for a Henry Model X for awhile. This one in 45 LC was on the rack at my LGS so I scooped it up. Going to shoot it tomorrow. Public range has been snowed in.
I was originally looking for a Henry or Marlin lever in 45-70. This is a nice compromise.
I like how short it is. Carbine size that throws a nice heavy slug for moving through the brush. Would like a Mare's Leg next.
Anyone else find something cool lately?
