My ping isn't showing "-" only on RC1 server

Hey guys,
so I have this issue only on RC1 server recently. My ping shows a "-" and when there is a lot of players, almost full, I get kicked with "Fix your ping". But with less than 20 players at each team I can play without getting kicked, but my ping still isn't showing, just the ("-"). This issue started recently, I always play at RC1. But any other server including RC2 this problem doesn't happen.

Any ideas?

Try running PING 104.153.105.74 on your command prompt.
If there are issues, run tracert 104.153.105.74 and see what it says.

So its getting to nfoservers [64.74.97.254], but why it cant reach RC1 ip?

NFOservers network isn't showing any kind of blocks/filters in place for my IP, and from the trace provided the connection seems to be denied at the game server. And apparently, this is happening with other players too.
