So I've ran the mobo, cpu, psu, monitor and ssd on my rig for about a decade now haha.

I replaced the Ram with some new cards about a year ago and got a new mouse, keyboard and gfx card (RTX 7070 super)

Got a dual channel of RAM ports that do not work so I only got 8GB in it, can't even run a browser in the background without lagging my game lol. Mobo also sometimes crashes OS cause of aging hardware. But it's only rarely.

I will upgrade the old shit in a year or two or if it fails before then.

Not overclocked.

I swear some of the best pilots play on the worst set ups lol. Magnadefender, another great pilot, played from a laptop for the longest time.
Also thats the smallest mousepad Ive ever seen :ROFLMAO:
I was thinking about upgrading my rig this cyber monday/boxing day but its only 3 years old so im glad I didnt give in. If yours is still going pretty strong my PC has years of life left

Haha, I don't have a mousepad. That's just the thumb / finger rests on the mouse.

You could try a new CPU cooler. Or just remounting the existing cooler with new thermal paste. Noctua makes good stuff, coolers and paste. Don't use epoxy, lol. Take a can of duster and hit the mobo with it. Only if you haven't done these things already.

I'd look into your Windows logs further if I were you to try and determine the crash issue. See what is throwing errors and maybe find a solution.
