I just crashed the transport and spun it around to see L2K climbing a staircase next to C. and there is NO staircase there. The video I have is much clearer but you can see him going up on an invisible stairway ,, and then once at the top he drops back down to climb it like a ladder. he falls like he can't see it and comes up it differently. somebody else is already up there on the roof . I walked around the building to see what I might be missing and there was nothing else. it is clear he is on this side of the building.

I have more video of getting his name etc.. but wanted to just upload this clip.

Looks like he was standing on the roof and crouching and standing

Hard to see through all the smoke and the fact that its uploaded at fucking 480p

yes.. hard to see through the smoke.. my copy is better.. but simpson has it right.. there are 2 ppl.. 1 on the roof already.. and one at the building entrance. the person on the ground at the door opening walks up an imaginary staircase from left to right to get to the roof. it is on this side of the building.. you can see the person moving up and the smoke covers it a bit and then they are on top.

Like I said my version is more clear, youtube is lowering the res..

check your upload settings. You should be able to upload to youtube at 1080p 60fps
 
Yeah Im able to see it now. Not sure what thats about. Could be rubble or a vehicle he was climbing on

I ran over there after.. and there was nothing.. ran around to see if I missed anything.. need to ask him. I asked in chat but he didn't reply
