Lost connection/timed out

I've been trying to get on BF4 for a week now keeps losing connection, won't load, won't load between maps generally just a piss off. I sent a ticket to EA but haven't seen anything from them. I've updated punk buster and still nothing any suggestions?

There is something going on "Internet connection unstable" having my provider come in they tried a diagnostic and said there's something going on. Zoom meeting this morning was giving that message

Well not sure what happened but after having my provider come and do nothing other then replace the connection at the pole still didn't work well until today so still don't know wtf happened. Then again I had a buddy who was a tech said that he'd never seen anyone blow up their computer with static by turning the on button.
