[LIRA]Cirari - Uncap AA and damaging friendly vehicles

hey all,

i was in game this morn, and noticed a guy on my team (Cirari) damaging friendly vehicles. i jumped in the AA and he started damaging me - got out to repair, and he jumped in and drove off. the other guys on my team said he'd been doing it all round.
