Besides spamming chat(even more than i do) This guy consistently has over a 200 ping and today his ping doesn't even exist(see attached screen shot). Is he using vpn to keep from getting booted?

I'll also add in that he only flies the AH. When he does he will not allow a gunner to be with him. If you get in he will crash it. Sits back in the uncap with it the entire game
He was in RC1 this morning playing his stupid games. As soon as I went to spectator mode to record him he left. This morning his ping was absent again.
Seems like the last week he has gone fully nuclear toxic. There seems to be fewer players in the morning when he is on. Not sure if there is a direct correlation, but I vote for a timeout.
Yesterday, when I got in the AH first, he would not shoot. Then he switch side so he could fly -- no big deal, but full dikwadism.
Also saw his ping was 0. He claimed he was at a cafe.

He probably wont crash the heli with an AARP member in it, but ATX if you get footage of him doing it you can probably get him a time out. I hate that kind of BS.
