Why do this? I don't agree with you politically and you're tired of seeing chat? Multiple other people were talking about politics and you did nothing to them since they agreed with you. Seems really unprofessional for an admin. Besides, there isn't a stated rule on that server that says to not talk about politics. You type "!rules" and it says nothing about political discussion.

Banned on RC-1 for politics?
Wasn't aware that political discussion wasn't allowed since "!rules" on RC-1 doesn't mention politics at all. Several others were doing it but I seemed to have been singled out.

Appeal - Not entirely sure this is a rule? If it is it needs to be clearly stated when you run the rules command so that more people don't accidentally break it. Also there were several people talking about politics but I was the only one kicked as far as I know. Its suspicious since I disagreed with the people who were allowed to stay on. It would be really unfortunate if jsimpson32 banned anyone that disagreed with him.

It's an implied rule. We play this game to escape that shit. If an admin tells you to stop talking politics, I would recommend stopping before you get banned. Also just because others were talking politics doesn't give you a pass. It's at the admin's discretion as to what is acceptable and what isn't.
The "No Politics" policy shouldn't NEED a rule. It should be common sense and common decency. People play video games to get away from shit, not debate it.

Just to be crystal clear with context: the discussion was already taking place its not like I instigated it or anything. I simply disagreed with some people. NOTHING happened to them, only punishment happened to me. If you're gonna have a rule you should enforce it equally so you don't look biased like you do now, jsimpson32.

Most people will quit the political debate when asked to do so. There are those that persist and I am guessing you are one of those. It takes quite a bit to ruffle Simpson's Feathers so I am guessing you were being a real dick if he kicked you twice. Then there is the cry baby attitude "wah you kicked me kick why not the rest of them". Just how could kicking several other players help the fact that you got kicked.
