This totally could be a load in issue... but some people I have see others with cheats (who are now banned) have this issue when you spectate when they are in a vehicle.

Load issue for only vehicles, in spectator mode? Everything else, outside the vehicle (including the same player), was fine. I got killed by him (suspiciously, I was on the other side of the map from him), which is why I left and went to spectate. First time in all of the BF games i have played (since bf'42) my game "didn't load properly".

BF4DB has largely confirmed that this is a Spectator glitch, and it's very annoying. Newjds27 is a well-known scout chopper whore on our Golmud server. There have been complaints in the past, but no one could provide solid evidence of foul play.

From what I've seen, the only way to fix the issue is for the server to change maps.

This happened almost to a similar event with tanks that I had and looked at if they was cheating somehow. Then BF4DB said it was a glitch, so I was wrong and now we know!
