I am here to introduce myself! I like long walks on the beach, a smooth cabernet, a medium rare tenderloin, and shooting all you bastards on the server!!! Originally from NY, then Wisconsin, now calling central Texas home since '97. Yes, it's hotter than hell here already. Horseshit it's a dry heat, it's fooking HOT!!! At least the motorcycle riding season is 10 months long. I kinda snicker though, as I wonder what all those (northern) people that moved here recently, are now thinking about their decision and where they landed.

Welcome, Jeeves! Actually lived in Texas myself back in '97 and can attest to it being hot as fuck in Summer, but Spring and Fall were nice. With that and WIsconsin, you have definitely gone from one extreme to another.
