This guy joined the Golmud server and went 47-11 in about 10 minutes of play

the next round I got on to spectate & record him and he outed himself as a hacker by saying in chat he knew i was watching. I hadn't said anything in the chat up to this point. He had his hacks off and was playing legit and went 4-10 before quitting.

Admitting that you know who's spectating you, when the spectator is saying nothing in chat is an automatic give-away really. That information isn't normally given to the Spectatee.
