the issue must be due the ISP of your country, if you change provider, that's the issue right there, and you cannot use VPN because will kick you

I assumed it, the problem is that I rent and the internet service I cannot change it. So you can't do anything about it and I won't be able to play right?

I see many players without ping or with 0 ping not get kicked. Does it say that you have been kicked for ping limit, and if so, what is the average ping it shows?
