What a bunch of bullshit. All of us in our forties lived with Atari’s and Nintendo’s and no one said we were screwed up because of it.

Those of us in our 60's played with army men in the dirt and used sticks and bats for M1's and Bazooka's playing gis vs japs and nazi's in the streets.

Yep. me too using the 22 pump pellet rifle my grandfather gave me at 5...... and carefully showed me how to use it.

Now. that said, I did shoot a few lizards and shit......OMG If the NSA is monitoring this please dont sic PETA on me. That was 60+ years ago. Life was simpler and more of a survival of the fittest mindset.

Well back when the NRA wasn’t supported by the gun manufacturers it wasn’t an issue. Now it’s obvious why the NRA pushes guns so much. If they just backed off and didn’t try to put a gun in the hands of every American the whole gun issue wouldn’t be an issue. The only reason left wingers want guns banned or controlled more is just because of the insanity behind the screening process. In Canada it’s not even an issue. Our culture doesn’t grow up being told that having a gun is a right and necessity so we don’t really talk about it lol. But we are told to drink Canadian beer A LOT!!!
I used to have lots of toy guns when I was a kid and we would play cops and robbers all the time, jump our BMX’s without protection, climb the roofs of our schools and it taught us ingenuity, resourcefulness and teamwork. If we failed we’d get hurt and learn from it never getting a medal or trophy. We’d get laughed at by our friends and no one dwelled in it. We all laughed it off and just had fun. It’s crazy how backwards North America has become.
