Cap I recommend not pushing it too hard. Getting to know the other payers takes time, best way I know it to hop in to the TS3 and help coordinate the fight. However forum activity is required, try to be a useful part of the discord. Being a member is more like joining a clique, you have to prove that when you become a member you'll stay one, so it takes time.
