Uni, mine is 400+ too. I don't know how much I really believe it though. I think that my provider actually throttles the speed back. I think that since my internet is so slow at times.

ISP started offering Gbit connection with a promo which made sense so I bit. I'm not unhappy about paying another $14 a month for the upgrade. I do keep asking them for more upstream whenever I speak with them.
